grey paint splattered and dripped across a large piece of white paper

white was then added over the grey

i then moved the paper to allow the paint to flow

Above step repeated

black paint was then added over the white and allowed to drip down the paper

above step repeated

and again

white was then added once more for the final effect

Wax Waterfall

waxed like paper was hung at a height

a selection of crayons were then placed above the paper

The crayons were then heated by using a hairdryer

the heat from the hairdryer melted the crayons to give a water fall effect

Piece was turned upside down to create a more interesting effect

This was one of the first ideas i had when i first began the project, i wanted to look at the effect that water has on sand after it washes over it.
